Re-wind to February-Tulips in Houston

One of the oddest things for me is to see tulips in Houston, because the weather is too warm for them! Tulip bulbs have to be chilled and planted and often the results are scraggly, pale tulips that look almost nothing like their northern counterparts. This year we had a colder than usual February, and the tulips along the light rail and other parts of downtown actually looked pretty good! Here are some shots I took back then, and had been unable to post:
Along the light rail on Main Street, across the Commere Building:
At Market Square Park,a profusion of orange tulips:
Along the lightrail at Main Street Square, red tulips:
Hope you liked them!
