Hello everyone as most of you know we have moved house started off well then disaster,gas meter installed the week before fine, day of moving engineer comes to connect gas and guess what condems the fire and back boiler no heating for 15 days ( lucky it was warm over the past couple of weeks ) had to rip everything out and replace the whole heating system which took two days,looking on the bright side we have a brand new heating system and it is roasting congratulations to the engineer two days work on his own.We’ve just had the Internet connected today thanks for all your best wishes.
I’ve taken a couple of photos over the last couple of weeks what do you think.

Thank goodness you didn`t move in earlier, would have been horrible in the winter, at least its sorted now.

Thanks everyone just pulled out the last hedge stump at the gate,the gate can now open to the wall now I can get the wheelbarrow in and do some more
clearing.sunrose I was thinking of making the stump into a compass as we have bus stop right at the gate just in case someone gets lost.

Wow...looks like you have done a lot of clearing already.
If you don't plan on removing the tree stump completely you could turn it into a feature. Just nail a plastic drip tray onto the top of it and place a plant pot on top with a plant that trails down to cover the stump. Or even place a little water feature on top for the birds and grow some ivy up the sides.
What ever you do...I hope you have fun creating your new garden!
