Beans and Slugs

Rocket is about the only thing that’s really growing well at the moment. I have several sowings all in the same patch and we at least have to plenty to eat.
The peas and beans have been eaten to bits by what I can only assume are slugs, I have found a few dead ones after going mad with the pellets but I don’t like using the pellets to much and would prefer a better solution. I am thinking about Nemaslug but have never tried it and don’t know if it is any good. My other half said I had pea envy because one of our neighbours has plants that are already flowering.
The potatoes seem fine even if the plants are still a little on the small side but they too seem to been nibbled a bit.

Hi ands,
Wot a shame about peas and beans, but I don't think it's too late to have another go. With the peas it could have been mice (?) and pigeons are also a blessed nuisance, tho I don't know if beans are their thing.
Hope you have more success.
