Been away, became a Dad, now back to the garden !!!

Well, what a turbulent couple of weeks, infact the best part of 2 months!
My son Blake was born 7 weeks early with a few breathing problems but after a couple of weeks in hospital, made a complete recovery! He is now home and both mam and Blake are doing well,
Right then, enough of all that kind of stuff, thats not what Grows on You is about !!!!! I think my garden has kinda felt left out a bit over the past few weeks. The pond area does look quite good with the added extra few weeds which have grown. I will add some photos tomorrow of the newly looking pond.
The biggest success has been this years sunflowers, they are currently over 6 foot and still growing. No real sign of them flowering yet. I did have some heart stopping moments over the past week with the wind over the weekend, but following some string and a few canes to stabilise them, they’re doing alright.
Hope everyone is well and im looking forward to getting back into the swing of things in the garden and on here over the rest of the summer and beyond.
