I just wrote in the Questions section if anyone could ID the new plant that’s growing by my front porch.. I think it’s either a gourd, or a squash, or a elephant ear. Thank you. :)

No need to put it on a blog - it will be seen on questions but the folk who usually answer questions, not all of whom look at blogs anyway!
(Its not a UK elephant ear which is a bergenia but US names are often different from UK ones. I think what you call elephant ears is either what we call Calla of Colocasia??)
