I’m busy having some work done on my garden this week (new pathway up to pond). I’ve just had my pond redone which I’m really pleased with. This w/e it’s going to be lovely weather in London, apparently, so I shall be out there doing some work. I won’t know what I’m doing, but I’m going to cut back some of the perennials that have now died off and dig out some brambles and nettles. Any suggestions??

I'm late catching up so I hope you had nice weather and were able to make the most of it :o)
Be careful how you prune shrubs. You don't want to do the spring flowering ones now or you will lose the early flowers.

Some plants are better left till spring before deheading/cutting them back as this helps protect them from frost you might like to check which first? Watch your skin with brambles easy to get badly scratched. Good luck. Would be nice to see before and after Pics to.
