Plumeria 'Samoan Fluff'
The round full petals of Plumeria ‘Samoan Fluff’ are white with a bright yellow center. Flowers average between three and three and a half inches (7.5 cm – 8.75 cm) in diameter and have a very good keeping quality. Plumeria ‘Samoan Fluff’ has a very sweet fragrance.

Karenfrance,
It's a tropical plant which you can let go dormant during the colder months of the year.
I live in Chicago, plant hardiness zone 5, and grow them outdoors from May to October.
During the colder months of the year I let the taller ones go dormant.
The smaller ones I continue to grow under grow lights under which they grow and flower happily.

Thanks, Bob. If they can be grown easily from seed, I might have a go next year. Also, they might be just the thing I need for my African garden!

I like that, very much, Bob. What climatic conditions does it need?
