I only have one large white bloom, which has developed right at the base of the leaves and it has no stem. What am I doing wrong?? I was given these bulbs by my daughter and her main stock has glorious blooms. Plases help.

Hi cazoo1 you will probably get more replies if you post this as a question rather than a blog. I often don't look at the blogs for days but read all the questions. Oh and sorry I don't have an answer for you :-(

I know its no consolation for you but I have 2 Agapanthus, 1 clump in a pot another in the garden, last year they both had lots of blooms,I haven,t done anything different this year but although very healthy looking I only had 1 bloom ,mind you it was huge, this has happened twice since I planted them ,sorry I dont know the answer.......

Hi there, can anyone help with this problem. I planted Agapanthus in January last year (southern hemisphere, in the height of summer). 25 of them have done extremely well except for a row of 5 - their leaves have become deformed and their growth is stunted. Anyone know why this would happen and so that I can prevent the rest going the same way? In the meantime, I have taken them out and replanted new ones.
