i have this shrub in my garden, in a tub. it has never flowered. i am not sure what it is but im thinking it might be a quince. it has some long thorns on the stems. i have had it a few years now and cannot remember what it is called. does anyone know ????

The leaves look like Pyracantha leaves and they have long thorns on them too so that would be my guess.
It looks like it's suffering from drought so i think i'd prune it back quite hard and either plant it in the ground or position the pot somewhere where it can be watered often.
They're as tough as old boots and that's probably why it's not died yet !
