managed to do some planting

Well we have been lucky up here in Lanacashire with no rain arriving until after six o-clock.I was able to complete quite a lot of tubs and hanging baskets ,also putting some hardy perennials into the garden as well. The plan for tomorrow is to transplant some cabbage and cauliflower and complete the rest of my tubs, but this plan may be scuppered by the weather and I will just end up reading some gardening books.Still here’s hoping !

I hope you'll get some dry weather tomorrow. There's such a lot to do in a garden this time of year, and it's so annoying when we can't get on with it ...

Now you can have a nice sit down and recover. I've been pottering today as well and put out some cosmos, hoping it wasn't too early, but the space really was needed. It ought to be fine tomorrow here in SW Wales so lets hope its equally kind to you so you can get your veg in.
