Spring in review...

Enchanting verse draws gard’ner in
To hear Your song once and again.
Behind each blossom, twig and bird
The Master’s hand shapes budding word,
Composing tender avian chorus-
Symphony of spring played for us!
Lush melodies of vernal bliss,
In bloom, defy analysis.
So may we rest ‘neath new-dressed trees?
Drink spangled hum of saintly bees?
Enjoy the moment’s scented light,
As warmth restores approaching night?
Our hope that bounteous summer brings
Fulfillment of all springtime dreams!
