Palram polycarbonate greenhouse

We have recently purchased a palram polycarbonate greenhouse. Do not purchase one of these.
It took us 2 days to erect this greenhouse and have never been as disappointed with a purchase. The panels are very flimsy and no better than packing plastic.
The panels do not fit correctly and the frame does not fit leaving massive gaps all over.

Hi, welcome from me too, I would certainly do as Sbg suggests, that is a ridiculous situation, let them know that you're a member on here, and that there are thousands of members worldwide, that you can tell if you get no satisfaction, let us know how you get on, Derek.

Keep an eye on your local paper and the free Ads paper. Lots of people buy houses with a greenhouse, and hate gardening. They are only too pleased to see it go, buyer collect, free of charge.

I hope you intend to take it back as not fit for purpose. Take photos of all the problems to help with your claim for a full refund.
but that is so disappointing for you. I hope you end up with a suitable replacement.
