Genus: Cotoneaster.
Species: Cotoneaster horizontalis.
I have never bought one of these, they all appear in my garden by courtesy of the birds.
I find it very useful. I can cut and clip these into various shapes, using the for colour and interest.
They also make good subject to train into Bonsai.
