Thunbergia 'sunny lemon star'
Genus: Thunbergia.
Species: Thunbergia alata.
In our cool, the blooming was a little muted and started late last cold season. Given a good 10-12 inch pot size and a long season, this performs wonderfully as a prch or trellis climber. Soft yellow blooms with distinct dark eyes form from bracts at each leaf section. I did bring it in and it has gotten a little stringy though there is still always at least one flower all the time. I am going to attempt cutting out the growth to restart at spring I'd love success at carrying it over season to season. Need full sun and some heat.
