Attractive and prolific variety which produces thick walled, red and green 'bell-shaped' peppers with a mild and sweet flavour. Ideal for salads, frying or stuffing.
Sow: Feb - April
in pots or trays of seed compost
sow thinly, cover with fine layer of compost
firm gently and keep moist
cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid
keep at approx 15 - 20C
germination takes 7 -21 days
Care: remove cover when seedlings appear
when 2 cm tall transplant into 4" pots of compost with as little root disdturbance as possible.
Keep at apprx 15C
Greenhouse crops: transplant to growing bags or large pots in the greenhouse in May or june
Keep moist and weed free
Harvest July - Oct
