Genus: Phlomis.
Species: Phlomis.
Unable to name this in full as it doesn't match any of the varietal descriptions for Phlomis. The closest is Phlomis fruticosa, but the plant I have is not evergreen, and is too tall to be russelliana . As it was grown from seed, it may well be an un-named hybrid.
