Kniphofia Uvaria (Red Hot Pokers)
Genus: Kniphofia.
Species: Kniphofia uvaria.
These came from what had been my husbands Grandmothers garden in the late 1800s' through to 1945. We have had them for about ten years. In that time I have had to dig them up,split them, cut the roots down to size and replant them about three times. The are tremendously healthy. I plant the excess in black flower pots from the supermarket and donate them to interested gardeners and church fetes etc.
