Lithodora diffusa 'Heavenly Blue'
Genus: Lithodora.
Species: Lithodora diffusa.
Prostrate spreading, many branched evergreen shrub with elliptic to narrowly oblong, deep green leaves, 1-3 cm long, hairy above and beneath. bears a profusion of deep azure blue flowers over long periods in late spring and summer.
planted in the red/blue corner at the base of buddy's rose.
i lost the original plant winter 2009, but i bought another one May 2009, which i have planted at the base of the small lilac bush in the blue corner in front of the teepee, near the eringium thissle.
