Bay Tree
Genus: Laurus.
Species: Laurus nobilis.
Have two 6 year old trees which I grew from seedlings and have kept them well pruned.
Recently one of these has started to suffer with some kind of blight which produces severe browning and curling around edges of leaves. Last year I pruned all the affected leaves and it seems to be improved. However, the other tree which is about 20 foot distant has now started to show signs of same thing.
I'm beginning to wonder if they are simply not getting enough water and I also did not give them fertiliser.
