Species: Corylus avellana.
Part of a mixed hedge we planted as bare roots from Buckingham Nurseries in winter 2006/07. I have also planted some as a semi-screen for our compost bins, and a couple that weren't doing so well have ended up in one of our borders with a view to growing them as shrubs.
