Species: Spiraea japonica.
This lightens up even the darkest day. planted in the back garden last year 2009 just now in bud.When I was planting it last year a piece broke off - stuck it in the ground and its growing nicely so shall have another nice little shrub by next year. now removed given to a friend and a new lilac tree in its place.
