Didelta carnosa
Species: Didelta carnosa.
Powder white and thick like a succulent, this is a yellow blooming wildflower from South Africa with a habit resembling aster, forming a large clump of bush with a thick and showy late season blossom. My season didn't get me quite enough time to get into bloom as is common here with other asters, but it was still a great structural plant with a succulent habit and powder white fur covering it all.
