Pittosporum 'Garnettii'
Genus: Pittosporum.
Species: Pittosporum 'Garnettii'.
This has proved a good dense back of the border evergreen shrub. It has white variegation around the edges of the leaves, which develop small ruby-red blotches, which eventually turn brown. This bothered me to begin with, but it is otherwise a very pretty and useful shrub. I don't even notice the brown bits any more! It looks really good next to my purple leaved Phormium.
