Painted Daisy: Tanacetum coccineum
Genus: Tanacetum.
Species: Tanacetum coccineum.
Not found to be fully hardy here, in my garden I think that it will live well. This year it just grew many thick leaves, widening the base of the clump considerably from the pot it came in. Blooms came in the late fall, a little too late though an also unusually late autumn kept them going for another month. Nice right blooms in what looks like a large bush, I may have to move it in just the first year! 2011.
