Genus: Ophrys.
Species: Ophrys apifera.
British native Bee Orchid. found growing in a poorly cultivated part of the garden 2002. misplaced it and then moved some plants to a border at work. Noticed 2 summers ago a bee orchis growing through one of the moved plant. needless to say I recovered the tubers and planted them in the rockery. No sign of growth in 2012 but visible now Jan 2013
