Allium tuberosum - Garlic Chive
There are a few little clumps of these growing in the shade garden in front of the shed. The flowers are white and they were just starting to flower in mid October. Next year they will flower all summer if you cut the flowers off from time to time to encourage them to produce new ones. They are nice in salads, and the white flowers are pretty too. :) all the allium bulbs are great for discouraging aphids. They are all relatives of onions and the aphids don't like the smell of them, so they are great partners for roses and anything else that gets aphid infested.
