Bay tree
I have the Bay tree in a large tub, it seems to be growing well after I bought it many years ago in a small plant pot. It is a pleasure to pick the leaves and dry them out in a drawer. We use a few leaves when boiling gammon in the pressure cooker, they add a nice flavour.
