Agapanthus Inkspots

Genus: Agapanthus.

Species: Agapanthus Inkspots.

A hardy, clump forming plant with attractive dark blue flowers from July to August over lush growth. Makes a good cut flower. Re-grows from ground level every year.

Height 90cm (3ft) spread 60cm (2ft)

Position: full sun in a fertile, moist, but well drained soil.

Aftercare: Apply a covering of straw or similar in particularly cold winters to protect the bulbs and liquid fees in the spring. Large clumps can be divided and replanted in the spring.
