Crocodile Fern / Crocodyllus Fern
Species: Microsorum musifolium.
A highly sought after fern with attractive glossy strappy leaves which resemble that of a crocodile skin.
It's a hardy, easy to grow fern suitable for partly shaded garden beds. Can also be grown as a pot plant on verandas or brightly lit spots indoors.
Typical height: 30 to 60cm
Minimum temperature tolerance: Tolerates light frost
Climate: Grows well in most parts of Australia
Light conditions: Part shade / shade
Growing conditions: Moist well drained soil
