Species: Rosa rugosa.
Purchased from - Used some seed out of a rosehip given to us out of parents garden.
Purchase cost - FREE
Propagation - Sowed the seed in normal compost last summer and left out in garden all year.
Now have 2 plants approx 4 inches tall with large amount of leaves.
Will keep potted, outside, then plant out into garden summer 2009.
Info - Mother plant has a deep pink flower.
