Potentilla Monarch's Velvet
Good general purpose plant for
multiple locations.
Potentilla can be herbaceous
perennials, deciduous shrubs, or
annuals, with palmately or
pinnately divided leaves and
solitary or clustered,
saucer-shaped, 5-petalled
flowers appearing over a long
period.
'Monarchs Velvet' is a bushy
deciduous shrub to 75cm, the
small, dark green, pinnate leaves
with 5 leaflets. Flowers Red with a
White Centre, 4cm in width,
over a long season from late
spring.
Will flower again next year!
