Fuchsia boliviana
Species: Fuschia boliviana.
This is the red one - the white (var. alba) died on me (which shows that even plants from a respectable source can be sickly!) Tends to be a late starter up to the 'average' fuchsia and it's only just hardy in a south-western UK winter but it's worth it when it gets going
