Species: Ajuga reptans.
i found a small spig of this when we moved in, and it really grew well last year and then i had a problem with some tulips that came up through it that appeared to spread onto it killing it. but then a month ago i found another little sprig and it has come back lovely. i have it planted in the right hand bed and also in the far end of the washing line bed as it meets my new blue and white bed.
