Hi Giroffle, sorry for the very late reply.
I'm not the greatest for describing scents, but if I had to sum it up it would be very sweet and floral and totally unmissable come dusk.

Night Scented Stocks have to be my all time fav. I put sprinkles of these seeds everywhere I can spot a gap in our very sunny borders. If things get a bit congested then I simply pull a few out :-)
But, the scent as soon as that light drops in the evening is amazing ... in fact I think it is almost a bit 'Trippy'.
Sadly, I find it difficult to get a low light picture of them fully open in the evening - but I shall keep trying (might have to get the tripod out).
