i am sitting on the bench at the back of the garden i am gradually getting this back area finished still one more trellis pannel to fit in...although you can't see that in this pic as it will be going behind where i am sitting.

Thanks FF, i really pondered and pondered on how to break up this long and what was a very boring garden, without completely blocking view or light i think the trellis has been a very good option, i am pleased with how it is coming along now.
