Fresno (Capsicum: Annuum)

Fresno peppers are similar in shape and heat to jalapeƱo peppers and are grown extensively in California, Texas and New Mexico. The peppers have a slight sweetness about them and are fantastic when used fresh for salsas. Scoville units: 500-700. Origin: USA
