Sedum pachiphyllum

Yes it's a tender Sedum. I think that most succulents tend to be tender, being full of fluids that can freeze and cause tissue damage to the plant in the winter. Luckily this particular one is easy to propagate by cuttings or a single leaf will completely reproduce the plant genetically, as in cloning.
