This is cold the bluehood (Polygala myrtifolia) yes it is evergreen but don't bloom in winter, and grows tall meduim size

Is this Rhodochiton "Purple Bell Vine" from your previous pic Xavia? I dont know this but it looks lovely is it a tall evergreen?
