Front garden in summer

This was my front garden, I moved a few years ago. It was full of colour but very high maintenace. I would like to do something similar in my back garden tis year.

Unfortunately I had to leave it behind when I moved. The grass was not good that year...it was very dry even in Glasgow.

Ha! ... to me that is beautiful green grass ... something of a luxury in my part of the world. It is such a shame when we have to leave a much-loved garden ... I still miss my last garden!
