Well its a Ballerina apple tree, which is one of the ones that you are supposed to keep pruned right close to the main trunk, and when we bought it about 23 years ago it had lost its label in the nursery so we got it cheap, so I dont know the variety. As you can see I dont prune it really hard, and the apples are very tasty, but don't keep long.
