No, Janette, they're outside, in a pot...I've tied the vines to the railing... it gets cold at night now (unusually cold, we seem to be having a cold front since last Saturday) but during the day since my balcony has so much sun, it keeps the plants doing well...they even dry out because of the sun and wind!
