what is this plant? Beautfiul!!

This is a zygocactus truncatus (old name); this is the Christmas cactus variety. So far, I've found Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter varieties, and just recently a "Spring Cactus" where the bloom is flat, but the stems are similar. Thank you for noticing.
