The husband has started digging over veg bed. We are intending to do Trench composting. The bed will not be replanted until March, so the wind and weather has got time to work on it.

This looks really good. My husband has just "rough dug" our two small, raised,brick-built,veg/salad beds. Says it just needs a frost to break down the soil more. Then he gave it a good thick layer of home made compost. Do love our fresh veg and salads.
