ice bowl made with edible flowers

For the ice bowl: you'll need 2 bowls (different sizes, preferably in pyrex, otherwise there is a chance they break during freezing)
and edible flowers, leafs, ...
Put a little water and ice in the big bowl
Wet a few flowers and twigs (fi rosemary) and press them against the side
Then place the smaller bowl into the big one and put them carefully into the freezer
Take out after some time, add some more water and flowers and
freeze again
To get the 'ice bowl' out, run some water over the outside of the big bowl, and put some water into the small bowl
then carefully take out the ice bowl
You can put it back into the freezer until the moment you want to use it
Place it on a plate or a cake dish and fill it with fresh fruit for a nice looking dessert
