Lovely delicate flowers, beautiful leaves shape.

Andrew, I noticed in your photos and those of other GOY members, that some flower beds are covered with tree bark, dry leaves and pieces of branches. I have two bags of pinus eliotis bark. They were removed from the cut tree 3 years ago and have been drying for approximately 1 year. I ask if I could use these shells to cover the beds. I believe that the existing resin must already be dry.

Aleyna - yes, you can used pine bark as a mulch, but it will make the soil more acid as it rots down. This may not be a problem, but you just need to be aware of it
