I do like this climber - it blooms late in the season and the flowers are a unique dusty-pink colour

I googled this and saw the comment, "the whole ensemble disappears when frosted". Does this mean its not hardy?

I've had it for three years now so it has survived two bad winters for me.
If you live in a cold area, I would give it a protective mulch to be on the safe side. It grows from small tubers so I guess ot might be possible to dig them up and store them somewhere frost free but I haven't tried that
