lost count of the number of bees and butterflies on this over the last 2 days.

There were lots of different bee types on it yesterday. Even today despite the rain there were bees on it.

Anyone have a problem with terrible slug damage to this? They turn up their noses at my Hostas to go for this.

no but I did lose 4 plants, this size, over winter. this is the only one that came through.

I lost all sorts of things this year from 20yr old delphiniums 15 yr old lupins many different daffs too.

Lovely plant SBG, flowers on mine not fully out yet but there are plenty of bees and butterflies around for when the flowers open.

Yours are ahead of mine SBG mine is only just starting to flower , I hope mine will encourage more butterflies, we have enough bees in fact I'm fairly sure someone must have a Bee hive close by because swarms of them come daily to drink out of one of our water features ...
