It looks to be never watered also. Still,its a lucky plant. How many sold as houseplants never get planted outdoors?..must be a million in the bay area alone.

Lol!..this tree made the news. I was watching local news and a car had taken the same freeway exit I did that went by this tree...only he was doing it at a high rate of speed and crashed into and through the building about half a car!
Missed this Ficus to the left!
