Klahanie - it's a conifer, chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Pelt's Blue'. It reaches about eight feet tall by about three feet across

The yellow flower of Foeniculum stands out so well against it. Love the blue color of the conifer.
Do you use fennel as a herb ? I love the taste in some Italian sausages.
