Stickitoffee - this plant is only a couple of feet tall but I think it would do better in a more moist soil with a bit of shade from hot sun. It is a white-flowered form of F.magellanica (NB. F.m.'Alba' is a pale pinky mauve, not white)

thanks andrew, i was looking at it again, it is lovely, i guess it would look really good at night lit up? the white ones seem to almost glow against a dark background ~ i have a shady garden but i think i have just not put my fuchsias in the right places
have to change them next year?

that looks great ~ how tall is it? we have a few fuchsias but several of them cant be seen very well in the flower bed because they are not tall enough or the flowers have just grown at quite a low level
